“Mickey Mouse Heads for the Sky” is a classic Little Golden Book children’s bed time story I remember reading to my kids when they were young. This was one of our worn out bedtime story books. Mickey Mouse learns to become a pilot but it means missing play time with Minnie, Donald Duck, Goofy and his other friends.

In a perfect world, we read these bedtime stories together with you and your kids or grandkids holding your own copy, turning the pages with me as I read it. I read each of these stories as if I have my grandchildren on my lap with me as I read them aloud. In fact, every day after I post the day’s bedtime story, I send the link to my daughter so tells me the kids get so excited to see. They can’t wait for the next story!
